For the City is a faith-based nonprofit that is on a mission to reach the people of Costa Rica with the hope of Jesus by meeting them where they are and providing for their needs: spiritual, physical, and relational.

We partner with local churches in Costa Rica and the United States to offer free services and resources that address urgent needs related to education, hunger, unemployment, and healthcare.
Through meeting the needs of the whole person, we can let Costa Ricans know that God is for every person. Although we do give food, clothing, educational assistance, skill training, and healthcare services, we focus on helping people experience complete transformation through sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
